Abstract
Anemia is an illness that owned almost people in the world.Anemia caused by lack of iron in the body so as to needs of mail for eritropoesis not enough.Survey data health households ( skrt ) years 2004 states that prevalence of deficiency anemia in toddlers 40,5 %, pregnant women 50.5 %, mother parturition 45,1 %, adolescent girls age 10-18 years 57.1 % and age 19-45 years 39,5 %.The purpose of this research to see how the influence of the flesh of a chicken disubstitusi with oyster mushroom in nuggets against the character of quality and ingredients iron and protein.Data analyzed menggunakanspss v.16 by comparing between treatment use statistical tests one way anova at the degrees trust 95 %.The probe to compare the average chemical analysis and analysis of organoleptik in each sample of whether there are significant differences, if the data berdistribusi normal continued by test tukey to know that the different real between treatment. n the outcome of research laboratory test on the fe and protein on each treatment the more the addition of oyster mushroom eat levels fe also semakn high , while the more the addition of oyster mushroom so levels of a protein the lower .Treatment best happened found in treatment a6 with the use of oyster mushroom and chicken 50 %: 50 % .
