Abstract
This final project title The Effect Of Communication, Compensation, And Motivation To Work Performance Of Employees Cv. Laras Inti Agrisatwa District Jember. The purpose of this study was (1) Effect of Communication, Compensation and Work Motivation on Employee Performance CV. Laras Inti Agrisatwa Jember simultaneously or partially, (2) the most dominant variable affecting employee performance CV. Laras Inti Agrisatwa. The independent variable in this study is Communications (X1), Compensation (X2), and work motivation (X3). Sampling techniques in this study using simple random sampling. Questionnaires conducted on 40 respondents. Respondents were targeted include: Employee CV. Laras Inti Agrisatwa. Analysis techniques used in this study is multiple regression. From the test results by using the technique of multiple regression analysis with SPSS 16.0 can be concluded that: (1) Simultaneously, communication, compensation and motivation singnifikan influence on employee performance (2) In partial compensation of communication and significant effect on the performance of the employee while working motivation is not affect the performance of the employee. (3) In the performance variables showed that the most dominant communication variables influence the Employee Performance.
