Abstract
Of coronary heart disease ( CHD) is heart disease arising due to the narrowing in an artery koronaria .Factors risk of of coronary heart disease and the offspring of , sex , age , hypertension , profile lipid , consumption patterns , smoking , diabetes mellitus , obesity , physical activity , and stress . The purpose of this research is to find a picture of food consumption patterns containing the fatty , physical activity and profile lipid with the occurrence of coronary heart disease . The research was done by using design case control to technique purposive sampling . Of food consumption patterns is measured using food frequency questionnaire ( ffq ) , physical activity is measured using form physical activity and profile lipid measured by looking at the results of data laboratory respondents . The subject of study were 19 people group pjk and 18 people non pjk group . Research carried out in hospital . PTP Nusantara X Jember on 15 june - july 15 2015 . A pattern consumption of foods containing fat by those with CHD category very often consumed the food as much as fatty 15.8 % , often consume as many as 10.5 % , consume as much as ordinary 21.1 % , sometimes - sometimes consume as many as 10.5 % , and never consume as many as 42,1 % . Physical activity by those with CHD included in the category of very light 10.5 % as much as , mild 42,1 % as much as , was as much as 5.3 % , and weigh as much as 42,1 % . Levels of lipid profile in people with CHD to normal cholesterol levels as much as 73,7 % , somewhat high 26,3 % as much as , and tall there is no . LDL levels as much as normal 78.9 % , somewhat high as many as 21.1 % and high there is no . Normal levels of HDL as many as 15.8 % , somewhat high 63,1 % as much as , and tall 21.1 % as much as . Normal levels of triglycerides 73,7 % as much as , somewhat high as many as 10.5 % and high 15.8 % as much as .
