Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of adding the Yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Bile acid test as feed additives on the physical quality and cholesterol of duck eggs. The sample used in this study was 100 ducks with a campbell khaki strain. The parameters observed in this study were egg weight, egg white index, yolk index, haugh unit, eggshell thickness, egg yolk color and duck egg cholesterol. Data analysis using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments 5 times. The level of adding mix feed additives bile acid and yeast saccharomyces cerevisae to duck feed and the dose of P0 (control diet without bile acid and yeast saccharomyces cerevisae), P1 (1 g / kg of feed), P2 (2 g / kg of feed), P3 (3 g / kg of feed). The results showed that the addition of mix feed additive bile acid and yeast saccharomyces cerevisae had a significant effect on duck egg cholesterol.
