Abstract

This study aims to create a decision support system for teacher performance appraisal at SMK Negeri 5 Jember. The research was conducted in January 2022 at SMK Negeri 5 Jember. The address for SMK Negeri 5 Jember is Jl. Brawijaya No. 55, Darungan, Jubung, Kec. Sukorambi, Jember Regency. To implement the design of a teacher performance appraisal decision support system, the GAP analysis method will be used. The Teacher Performance Assessment Decision Support System was successfully created and carried out at SMK Negeri 5 Jember with a total of 69 teachers. The results showed that of the 69 teachers who had carried out the Teacher Performance Assessment and after being processed using the Teacher Performance Assessment Application with the GAP analysis method at SMK Negeri 5 Jember, the top rank was obtained by getting a score of 4 as many as 12 teachers.
