Abstract
Autism is a disorder that occurs in children who experience abnormal development,especially intermsofinteracting withotherpeople.Inovercoming these thingsneedtobedonealong timetreatment,palliativeinnature,anddoes notheal.The use offoodingredientsonautisticchildrenneedto be caredfor, becausethereissomefoodallergiesthatcanbeperceivedby themforinstance glutenallergies.Materialsthatcanbeusedasasubstituteforgluten,among others,corn,sorghum,andrice.Thisresearchwasconductedby theresearcherto examine abouthowtomake cookieswithdifferentkindsofgluten-freeflour asan alternativefoodfordistractionforautistic children.Flourusedi.e. sorghumflour, whitericeflour,brownriceflour,riceflour,andcornstarch.The experimental designused wasRandomDraftgroupwith5timesrepetitionsineachtreatment. The besttreatmentatthetreatmentthe P2with theuseofwhitericeflour.The nutritionalcompositionofwhitericeflourcookieswith164.6energy kcal,protein 1.64grams,fatgrams,carbsand7.8621.82grams.Serving cookiesriceflour measurewhiteglutenfreeforyoungautisticsufferer6pieces(approximately 60 grams) in a single daywith 2 meals (3 pieces/eat).
