Abstract

This report presents all my activities during my Internship Program at Tanoker Learning Community for 608 hours. Tanoker is a Learning community, which mentoring children, to be able to develop their potential. That condition became my first reason why I chose this Community as my internship program place, so I can keep going on my English speaking and other skill in Tanoker. During my Internship Program, I did all the activity in Tanoker. I got an opportunity to apply my knowledge I had gotten during my study that had relationship with some subjects. They are English for Speaking, English for Restaurant, English for Tour and Travel, Instructional Design and Media also Material Development subject at English department, such as how to make a rundown agenda, how to handle the guest, how to teach the student in front of class. Furthermore, doing Internship Program became the way to face the real condition in the workplace and to learn what knowledge that I did not get yet in the college.
