Abstract

Assessment is important for students, because of the student assessment unable or unwilling to absorb and understand what is obtained in the process of learning that goes on in school.Hence the great importance of the vote, it is important also an information system of the data value that was obtained in students. With tersajinya information quickly will speed decision-making, so as to take advantage of the cost, time and energy more effectively. so the researchers aim to find out Designing information systems student learning outcomes that can be implemented on SDN Jember Kidul 3. In preparation of this thesis the author uses the method waterfall 1. Analysis 2 Design 3, Coding 4.Testing 5.Maintanace. From the results of this final task, can take a decision that has generated an application processing at SDN Jember Kidul 3 value that can be useful in the processing of value to students easily and quickly. Therefore, it is expected that SDN Jember Kidul 3 can understand application usage good assessment.
