Abstract

Motivation is a factor that encourages a person to perform a certain activity. Therefore, motivation is often interpreted also as a factor driving a person's behavior. This research was conducted at Tarutama Nusantara Jember Company. The purpose of this research is : a ). Influence of safety, health and salary work simultaneously or partially to work motivation of employees at Company Tarutama Nusantara Jember Regency. b ). Which variable dominantly influences employee work motivation in Tarutama Nusantara Company of Jember Regency. Data collection methods used in this study were observations, questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies, while the number of respondents who were sampled as many as 60 respondents. Analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression, determination analysis, F test, and t test. From the test results with tools SPSS 21.0 for windows can be concluded that (1) Safety Variables (X1) have no significant effect on Work Motivation (Y) on all employees of Tarutama Nusantar Jember Company. (2) Variable Occupational Health (X2) and Salary (X3) have a significant effect on Work Motivation (Y) on all employees of Tarutama Nusantara Jember Company. (3) Work safety (X1), Occupational Health (X2), and Salary (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Job Motivation (Y) on all employees of Tarutama Nusantara Company Jember. (4) The most dominant variable in influencing work motivation (Y) in all employees of Tarutama Nusantara Jember Company is Salary (X3).
