Abstract
Hospital Management System in Hospital IBI Heroine Jember has been applied since 2012. However, due to its implementation is less than optimal, then the application is done back in 2013. The aim of this study was to analyze the implementation of hospital information management system in terms of user satisfaction with the method end User Computing Satisfaction. This type of research is a qualitative research. The results of a preliminary survey by the medical record officer found a problem in the TPPRI, medical records and pharmacy cashier. In the medical record there is a problem in the field of diagnosis, medical records which the officer had to manually input the diagnosis. SIMRS on the TPPRI not integrated with pharmacy cashier section so the impact on the results of cost details. This study uses the unit of analysis, TPPRI part, medical records and pharmacy cashier. The instrument used was the observation and interview guides. The results of this study are still frequent occurrence of errors in the system that affect the efficiency of the time, the absence of applications help menu to make it easier for officers who do not understand the use of SIMRS optimally, still unintegrated SIMRS on the TPPRI and cashier pharmacy that affects not tercovernya details of the patient's overall cost. Advice can be given in this study is that hospitals improve SIMRS used today in order to use SIMRS user satisfaction increased, and so the user always felt that his job is getting easier with SIMRS.
