Abstract

This study uses qualitative research with fishbone diagram method. Qualitative research is an approach which is also called investigative approach because researchers typically collect data by face to face and interact with the people in the study. Qualitative research can also be meant as a type of research that the findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of matter. The name is taken fishbone diagram because the diagram has the form of a diagram that resembles the shape of a fish skeleton, pick another name causal diagram because it emphasizes the relationship between a result of the number of causes that may result in the cause. This paper has the objective to determine the factors inhibiting destruction of medical record file in PT. Rolas Nusantara Medika Kaliwates General Hospital Jember. Factors Inhibiting Medical Record File Destruction in PT. Rolas Nusantara Medika Kaliwates General Hospital Jember is a unit medical record in PT. Rolas Nusantara Medika Kaliwates General Hospital Jember understand the destruction of medical records files in general, but the method of extermination is not typed on standard operating procedures (SOP) hospitals, as well as the budget is not known given the agency has no experience extermination activities related medical record file before making the PT. Rolas Nusantara Medika Kaliwates General Hospital Jember has not carried out the extermination of medical record file at this agency with the man factor, methods factor, money factor, machines factor and materials factor in the fishbone diagram as a major factor in inhibiting the activities of medical record file destruction in the health authority .
