Abstract

Productivity is the ratio between the effectiveness goal achievement in crease on certain levels of quality and efficiency of use resource. Factors affect is the relationship between input and output of a system production that affect efficiency and effectiveness in the work. The purposeof this researchis to createan instrument tomeasure theproductivityperformance of the unitmedical recordDental Hospitaland OralUNEJwithOMAXModel. Type of research is applied research work is to find the solution of a particular problem. Type ofresearch is applied research work is to find the solution of a particular problem. The results ofthe studyare the factorsthat affectthecalculation ofthe productivityperformance ofthe medical recordsofficersare: efficient useof working hours, the efficiency ofmedical recordfiles, medical recordsclerkpresenceefficiency, effectiveness oftask completionof medical records, the effectiveness ofthe use ofworking hours.
