Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance at CV Ternak Makmur in Lumajang Regency. The population in this study were 40 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, all populations were used as respondents, namely 40 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS 16.0 for Windows program. From the test results it can be concluded that: (1) partially the leadership and motivation variables have no significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) simultaneously the variables of leadership, motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Work Environment and Performance.
