Abstract
BERRYMOO" Smoothies Strawberry Milk adalah minuman smoothies dengan rasa susu manis dan stroberi asam dikemas dalam satu botol dengan tampilan warna yang menarik. Proses produksi "BERRYMOO" Smoothies Strawberry Milk meliputi persiapan alat dan bahan, pembuatan selai strawberry dan larutan air gula, pembuatan smoothies milk, pengemasan dan pelabelan. Analisis kelayakan usaha dan pemasaran produk pada usaha "BERRYMOO" Smoothies Strawberry Milk menggunakan tiga metode yaitu BEP (Break Event Point), R/C Ratio (Revenue Cost Ratio), dan ROI (Return On Investment). Hasil analisis usaha menunjukkan bahwa usaha "BERRYMOO" Smoothies Strawberry Milk layak untuk diusahakan. Dibuktikan dengan nilai BEP (produksi) sebanyak 19,947 botol dari total botol per produksi 30 botol, BEP (harga) sebesar Rp. 5.319 dengan harga jual produk sebesar Rp. 8.000, nilai R/C Ratio sebesar 1,50 dan ROI sebesar 11,21%. Pemasaran produk menggunakan strategi bauran pemasaran 4P, meliputi product, price, place, dan promotion. Usaha "BERRYMOO" Smoothies Strawberry Milk juga menggunakan dua saluran pemasaran produk yaitu secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Kata Kunci: BEP, R/C Ratio, ROI, kelayakan usaha, strawberry
