Abstract
Clinical Nutrition Care Management (MAGK) is an implementation of nutrition care in hospitals. One of the means of applying an understanding of the theory of diet management, especially in inpatients, is to shorten the length of hospital stay. The existence of Clinical Nutrition Care Management (MAGK) is also a means of helping students understand the concept of diet management. Clinical nutrition problems are nutritional problems that are reviewed individually regarding what happens in a person's body and that should be handled individually. The nutritional state of the patient greatly influences the healing process of the disease and vice versa. The purpose of this internship is to enable students to understand and implement Clinical Nutrition Care Management for patients with mammary tumor disease who are treated in the Edelweis Surgery Room at RSUD, Dr. Sutomo Surabaya. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare standardized nutritional care to help speed up patient healing in terms of nutrition and intake, namely being given a TETP diet with the aim of meeting the patient's energy and protein needs. In addition, the patients were educated regarding the TETP diet. The patient's medical diagnosis was clinically malignant mammary tumor T4dN3cMx + Lymphedema extremis superior S gr II + General weakness + low intake + anemia + hypoalbumin. During the case study, there was no anthropometric development of either ALL or TL, the same results were obtained, namely the LLA value of 29.5 cm and the measurement results of 43 cm TL with %ALLA which was 98%. Then the patient's physical and clinical condition, blood pressure decreased on the third day of observation while for GCS it was classified as stable from the first day of observation to the last day of observation, as well as temperature and RR which were classified as stable. After being given nutritional education regarding the management of the TETP diet, the patient's family can understand and understand the foods that are recommended and not recommended for patients
