Abstract
In an effort to support aspiring entrepreneurs, it is important to provide effective and efficient entrepreneurship services. IBKWU Polije is an organizational body that provides entrepreneurship services. IBKWU Polije has a website to promote its services. but the existing website still has many shortcomings such as the lack of the latest updates, poor appearance, there are still many empty pages on the website, and a lack of detailed information on entrepreneurial products on the website. Based on these problems, it is necessary to develop a user interface and user experience using the Five Planes of UX Method because it can monitor user experience in a holistic and structured manner. then the method used to evaluate the website is using the UEQ (User Experience Questionnaire) method. The UEQ evaluation results showed positive results. Based on the benchmarks, the benchmarks are in the good category, with details on average Attractiveness is 2.06 excellent, Perspicuity is 1.98 good, Efficiency is 2.05 excellent, Dependability is 1.95 excellent, Stimulation is 1.77 excellent, Novelty is 1.42 good. The results of website implementation and measurement of user experience can be used for further research and to support further website development.
