Abstract

The hospital is an organization that structured professional health. In its journey, the hospital cannot be separated from the role of technology so that it can be said to be very important. Srikandi General Hospital IBI Jember also utilizes technology in the form of a website that aims to provide information related to the hospital, but in reality the website used is still difficult to use and does not meet user needs due to the lack of precise use of icons, the number of empty website pages and the absence of registration. online causes the website to be less than optimal. One of the most important aspects is usability where this aspect is a direct liaison with users. Based on the usability evaluation that has been carried out by the Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE), the mean value is 0.593 with a moderate usability where the results are still lacking. With the results of usability testing, it is necessary to design a user interface design for website Srikandi IBI Jember Hospital User Centered Design (UCD) method where the method is centered on user needs. The results of the design that have been completed based on user needs are making recommendations for Website User Interface Design by adding online registration features and completing existing content and the mean value is 0.830 and is at the Excellent usability level, so it is said that the User interface design that has been built has increased usability and including eligible categories for users.
