Abstract
BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate) in Mitra Medika hospital, Bondowoso regency had low percentage. In October, it was 59%, November 55%, also December 57%. It may caused lack of human resources, incomplete of facilities and infrastructures, internal and external enviroments, and safety hospital clerk in providing patients services. This study focuses on analyzing the factors causing the low percentage of BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate) in Mitra Medika Hospital. The study causing the low through qualitative method by collecting data (interview, observations, and documentation). The sample were 5 respondents, those are the head of medical record, HRD, nurses, medical record and administrative officers. The main priority is to find solution of this research problem was using USG (Urgency, Seriousnes, Growth) method by scoring. Then, find an alternative solution by discussion method with all respondents. The result of this study showed the main factors that causing the low percentage of BOR in MItra Medika Hospital is an incomplete of facilities and infrastructures. It was suggested that Mitra Medika Hospital should be aware to clean up and provide the less of facilities and infrastructures like the supporting examinations such as ICCU, NICCU, and PICU and other unavailable equipments
