Abstract

This study aims to determine the information system and identify the system processes that are running on Premium Clean And Care. This study also aims to create and implement an information system for shoe laundry services at Premium Clean And Care. This research was conducted using the Waterfall method. The Waterfall research method is a research method by collecting, explaining, and analyzing the data obtained and exploring any existing problems. Where in this study the data will be used to build a laundry management system at Premium Clean And Care. The data collection method in this study used primary and secondary data sources, namely by conducting direct observations and interviews and analyzing available documents. In this study, researchers used the prototype development method for system development, while the systems approach method used an object-oriented approach
