Abstract

In the Industry Internship is the determination of the location of industry internship done intentionally (purposive) namely PT. Existing Djarum Kudus, Central Java province which was held on 3 March to 31 May 2014. Implementation of International Industrial Brak is implemented in hand-rolled cigarettes (SKT) Terban, where PT. Djarum Kudus cigarette still in production using labor-intensive system, this proved to PT. Brak Djarum Kudus has 24 hand-rolled cigarettes (SKT), the ratio of the number of cigarettes per day production is 2: 1 with machine-rolled cigarettes (SKM). The results of this Industrial Internship among others: (a) The fulfillment of the rights and obligations of employees are always given by the part of human resource management in an effort to empower the employee workforce. (b) determine the stages in the activity of SKT Terban absenteeism and to know pembutan stages in the form of maternity leave, medical treatment and compensation of employees SKT Terban.
