Abstract

This study aim to know the production process at the departement Sari Green Beans UHT (Ultra High Temperature) and identify problems in the last Combibloc machine that exists only in the PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry Tbk. From the result of research and observation during 3 months in the field which was conducted in March, April and May can find process of green bean production from Process, Filling, Packing, and Robots, after sclassifying the results of the analysis of the problems in using the Pareto and fishbone diagrams. From the results of the identification problems using the Pareto diagram can be seen that the engine problems Packing (Traypacker), Robot and Filling Machine. Based on identification problem Combibloc machine UHT Line 42 on the department, it can be seen that the main cause of the problem: 1. At Packing machines are often problematic in Traypacker machine, flap open often, as a result of some machine stops and the specified target can not be achieved. 2. At engine robots are often problematic in the box. Boxes are often skewed as a result of the tilting speed does not match the engine speed Traypacker, so the robot is often an alarm and stops the production process. 3. On Filling machine is often problematic on Feeder Magazine, at the time of the sleeve on the optimal result can not pull the sleeve is damaged and stops filling machine
