Abstract
Geographic information system is a system that is made into a graphic map, a geographic information system comparison of the number of medical personnel to population districts of Jember, Jember district is a district that is so uneven distribution of population distribution of medical personnel also uneven, but to support the human resources necessary quality of good health benefits too, with the calculation of the ratio of the number of resident medical personnel can assist the health department to determine the placement of medical personnel. Jember district itself has not had a ratio of the number of information systems medical personnel with a population that is made in the form of a graphical map using map google maps. Application of geographic information system can display the location of each health center and the availability of medical personnel in each health center, Application of geographic information system is also showing the location of hospitals and show the availability of medical personnel inside. For comparison with the population of districts as shown in the comparison of the number of medical personnel to population calculated for each sub-district. By using calculations which have been determined by the health department.
