Abstract

Sms-based service is as a medium of communication between the Polytechnic of Jember with students, faculty and technicians, who can assist in the Information Technology department. Enable delivery of this information on to students, if students can not see the information that was on the bulletin board, students can request the value of the IP value and information value of each - each subject using sms gateway applications. To overcome these problems, we need a new system to replace the current system that is used to change the manual system to a computerized system and integrate that system with sms gateway application to send information to the students faculty and technicians. Making SMS gateway application has an interface that has been designed to facilitate the admin to manage the application.
