Abstract

This learning and community empowerment practice aim to improve the performance of agricultural instructors in the Working Area of the Gunung Anyar Agricultural Extension Center, Tapen District, Bondowoso Regency. This PPPM is carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from October 2020 to January 2021, which is located at BPP Gunung Anyar, Gunung Anyar Village, Tapen District, Bondowoso Regency. The material presented in the discussion is obtained through direct implementation in the field. The results show an increase to support performance, especially in the cultivation of plantation crops and the preparation of scientific papers. Some indicators that produce excellent performance include an increase in filling out questionnaires. The performance of agricultural instructors that must be improved is knowledge in the cultivation of plantation crops and knowledge in the preparation of scientific papers.
