Abstract

The digital transformation of health services has encouraged posyandu (Integrated Health Post) to shift from manual recording to electronic systems to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and security of toddler health data management. Posyandu service recording, which still relies on auxiliary cards, register books, and Health Cards (KMS), has resulted in less effective documentation, examination history tracking, and report preparation. This study aims to develop a web-based posyandu medical record system to support the monitoring of toddler growth and development in the working area of the Gladak Pakem Community Health Center (Puskesmas), Jember Regency. The system was developed using the Scrum method consisting of five Sprints, producing a system that is adaptive to user needs. The system was built using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. System evaluation was carried out using the Black Box Testing method on all system functions. The developed system provides features for managing family and toddler data, recording growth and development, calculating nutritional status based on the Ministry of Health and WHO Anthropometric Standards, digital growth charts (KMS), a monitoring dashboard, notifications, health education, and posyandu service reporting. The system also records immunization data as part of the growth records. Test results show that all features function according to user needs, so that the system is able to support the digitalization of posyandu services through integrated management of toddler medical records and increase the effectiveness of growth and development monitoring and report preparation.
