Abstract

The web-based public service system for Kincang Wetan Village, currently under development, has not undergone structured functional testing, creating a potential risk of malfunctions that could compromise service quality. This study aims to test the system's functionality using Selenium IDE-based automation testing and to measure user acceptance through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Testing based on the Software Requirements Specification (SRS) yielded 30 test cases, comprising 17 for the "Community" role and 13 for the "Village Official" role. Although initial testing revealed 6 test cases that did not meet expectations, subsequent regression testing successfully achieved a 100% functional success rate. UAT results involving 64 respondents—categorized into 52 community members and 12 village officials—yielded an average score of 89.15% (rated "Very Good"), indicating that all functional requirements were met and the system was well-received by users.
