Abstract

Administrative services and information dissemination at Klinik Sahabat Keluarga are still carried out manually, resulting in limited access to information, requiring patients to register in person, and causing longer queues and waiting times. This study aims to develop a web-based Clinic Information System for Klinik Sahabat Keluarga using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The system design includes Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and Flowcharts. The system was implemented using the Laravel framework, the PHP programming language, and SQLite as the database. The system provides features including clinic service information, doctor schedules, online patient queue registration, data management, and dashboards for administrators and staff. System testing was conducted using Blackbox Testing with the Use Case Testing technique, while usability evaluation was performed using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results show that the developed system improves access to information, accelerates the patient registration process, and enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of services at Klinik Sahabat Keluarga
