Abstract
Bedhag Kopi is a micro-scale robusta coffee processing enterprise in Jember Regency facing supply chain challenges including rising raw material prices, declining harvest yields due to weather disruptions, and production machine breakdowns during peak demand. This study aims to identify supply chain risks, determine priority risks based on severity and root causes, and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies. The methods used were the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model to map supply chain activities and the House of Risk (HOR) to identify, measure, and develop risk mitigation strategies. The results identified 16 risk events and 18 risk agents across five business processes: plan, source, make, deliver, and return. Pareto diagram analysis in HOR Phase 1 identified 13 priority risk agents accounting for 83% of total ARP, with the highest being poor product handling during distribution (A17, ARP = 565,5). HOR Phase 2 produced seven mitigation strategies, with top priorities being product quality control at every production stage (PA7, ETDk = 4,018), supplier diversification with early stock storage (PA3, ETDk = 3,436), and standardization of sales data recording as a basis for production decision-making (PA5, ETDk = 3,336)
