Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the extent to which accountability and transparency in the management of Village Funds (ADD) affect the level of public trust in Besuki Village, Besuki District, Situbondo Regency. The approach used was quantitative with a survey method, conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to village residents as research subjects. After data collection, it was then analyzed using a multiple linear regression approach. The analysis results obtained indicate that the variables of accountability and transparency have a positive and significant effect on public trust, both individually and simultaneously. These findings indicate that the optimal implementation of the principles of accountability and transparency in village fund management contributes to increasing public trust in the Besuki Village government
