Abstract

Jember Regency Health Office provides SIK services form of the Jember Safety Center (JSC) with Fokus Anak Ibu (FAI) system whose main function is trying to suppress MMR and IMR which is quite high in East Java from 2017 to 2019. Midwives can immediately make decisions and prepare quick steps to deal with high-risk pregnancy through controlling pregnancy from early age before something unwanted happens. However, JSC with FAI system slowly abandoned by its users because the network and internet connection are not supportive, making difficult for users to enter data pregnancy. This type of research is an analytic survey using a cross-sectional research design with Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between functionality system, ease of use, and actual system use in implementation of JSC with FAI system. The results of this research are users can use the system according to its functions and objectives well (91.1%), users find it easy to access and operate the system (73.3%), and users can use the system consistently and continuously (66.7%). The relationship between functionality system and ease of use variables is no significance (sig = 0.735). Variable ease of use and actual system use is significant (sig = 0.015). Jember Regency Health Office needs to monitor the using system at the Public Health Center regularly so the system can be implemented according to overall expectations.
