Abstract
PT. Bali Maya Permai Food Canning Industry is a fish canning processing company that has high work risks, especially in the tuna production section which involves the use of sharp machines, heat, and slippery floor areas. These conditions require the OSH as well as optimal work environmental conditions to maintain productivity. Focusing on employee productivity, this study analyzes the influence of work safety, occupational health, and the work environment, both simultaneously and partially, while identifying the most dominant variable. A quantitative approach was applied, involving 60 production employees selected through cluster sampling from the Thawing, Deheading, Skinning, and Filling divisions. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, complemented by F-tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination, utilizing SPSS version 27.0. The results showed that: (1) Work Safety, Occupational Health, and A simultaneous analysis shows that the work environment positively and significantly affects employee productivity, with a significance value of 0.000; (2) Partially, Work Safety had a significant effect on productivity, proving that security guarantees are highly needed in high-risk jobs; (3) Occupational Health had a significant effect on productivity, indicating that prime physical condition determines production speed; (4) Work Environment had a significant effect on productivity; (5) Work Environment was the most dominant variable affecting employee productivity with the highest Beta coefficient value of 0.458.
