Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Arjasa Village, Arjasa District, Jember Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews with informants, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, and Financial Officer. Data collection techniques include interviews and documentation, while data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validity testing conducted through source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that the implementation of Village Fund Allocation in Arjasa Village is generally effective. This effectiveness is assessed based on four indicators: appropriate targeting, timeliness, achievement of objectives, and tangible outcomes. Each indicator has been fulfilled, indicating that the programs funded by ADD have been implemented in accordance with their intended purposes. Therefore, the implementation of Village Fund Allocation in Arjasa Village can be classified as effective.
