Abstract

In managing village finances in Buduan Village, Suboh District, Situbondo Regency. implementation of the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) application in managing village finances in Buduan Village, Suboh District, Situbondo Regency, as well as identifying obstacles that hinder its implementation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, through data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentation of village officials consisting of the village head, village secretary and village treasurer. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's interactive model which includes data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of Siskeudes has been effective and in accordance with the principles of good governance in supporting village financial management because it is able to increase transparency, accountability and administrative efficiency so that financial management becomes more systematically structured. Siskeudes also makes it easier to manage finances and prepare financial reports. However, in its implementation there are still obstacles such as limited internet networks which cause disruption in system operation, lack of understanding and capability of human resources, as well as system security risks which have the potential to cause data leaks. These obstacles result in the preparation of financial reports being slower, the work of village officials being delayed, and there being a risk of delays in reporting to the local government.
