Abstract

x Implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation of the DigiPay Satu System in the Procurement of Goods and Service within the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of West Java Endro Sugiartono, S.E., M.M. Herna Safrida Public Sector Accounting Study Program Departement of Business ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation of DigiPay Satu in the procurement system for goods and services within the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of West Java Province. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of DigiPay Satu has been carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the Director General of Treasury Number PER-7/PB/2022 and supports the principles of good governance, particularly transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency through a non-cash payment system. Data from the 2023–2025 period show a cumulative increase in the number of transactions, nominal transaction values, and the participation of work units and vendors, positioning the Regional Office of DJPb West Java Province in a strategic position at the national level. Nevertheless, the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of DigiPay Satu still requires improvement, as the results reveal limitations in vendor availability, system-related issues, human error factors, and administrative constraints. Therefore, continuous guidance, assistance, and monitoring and evaluation are necessary to support the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of West Java Province.
