Abstract

Field Practice (PKL) is done in PT. Manunggal Agro Halcyn in Jember regency which was held on 14 March to 28 May 2016. PT Manunggal Agro Halcyn is a company engaged in the field of distribution covering two team sales force. The team sales force there sales taking order and telemarketing for the distribution process. PKL title discussed was the process of seed distribution in the PT Manunggal Agro Halcyn Jember which aims to determine how the distribution of seed products from beginning to end.
