Abstract

This activity aims to determine the milk production process Ultra Milk Coklat 250ml in the Department of Production then to determine packaging durability level of Tetra Pak based on durability testing procces on Ultra Milk Coklat 250ml. The result of the activities that have been done at march 8 2016 until june 8 2016 are determine production procces of Ultra Milk Coklat 250ml start from cooking procces, UHT procces (Ultra High Temperature), filling, packaging and robot also to determine packaging durability level that use several methods. The result of the packaging durability testing showed that after tested on Ultra Milk Coklat 250ml use drop test method, 90% condition of the pack are good. Test use stacking test method, 100% condition of the pack are good. Based on testing that have been done, it can be conclused that packaging of Ultra Milk Coklat 250ml good to protect from dropped, durabily from hitted and also capable to protect produck from microleaking potention.
