Abstract

Developing an Agro Tourism Guidebook Entitled “Bondowoso, The Land of Organic” : The Agriculture of Desa Wisata Lombok Kulon is our Final Project. This project was done based on preliminary study that we conducted in Desa Wisata Lombok Kulon Bondowoso located on Lombok Kulon, Bondowo regency. As the information that we got, Desa Wisata Lombok Kulon Bondowoso Bondowoso does not have a guide book that provide complete information of tourism object in this place . For that reason, we made a tourism guide book with newest design, concept and provided more detail information such as activities, facilities, accomodation that served in this place and special tour package in Bilingual edition. It is because the visitors of Desa Wisata Lombok Kulon Bondowoso Bondowoso are local and foreign. In designing the product, we adapted the procedure of making promotion media from Ardhi (2013) according to Akbar (2014). We asked editor who are help us in designing an Agro Tourism guide book for make our design. We created an Agro Tourism guide book printed by A5 art carton paper special for picture, consist 36 pages, 4 aspect facilities, 2 other information of Bondowoso and a Map. In conducting this final project, we applied our language skills that we got in English Study Program. We also got new knowledge and experiences in making guide book. We suggest for English Study Program to teach Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Corel Draw to facilitate the student in finishing their final project. We also hope this guide book can help Desa Wisata Lombok Kulon Bondowoso Bondowoso as media promotion.
