Abstract

This research was conducted in the Situbondo Brackish Water Aquaculture East Java. Time period of research for 1 months namely on 29th September 2015 to 29th Oktober 2015. The purpose of this research was to know the effect of use clewat-32 fertilizer that used as festilizer Nannochloropsis oculata growth and also to know the best dorage of clewat-32 fertilizer in increasing the rate of growth Nannochloropsis oculata. The research using experimental designs. The method that used was Complete Random Design (RAL) with 4 treatments with a concentration of 0 ppm, 1 ppm, 2 ppm, 3 ppm with 3 repetitions in each treatment. Based on the calculation result of Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) states that the addition of clewat-32 fertilizer was highly significant. (Fcount > F table 1%). Of the growth rete Nannochloropsis oculata. The highest density level of Nannocloropsis oculata‟s growth with a concentration of 1 ppm shomed the highert density of 1155x104 cells/ml and the lowest growth rate Nannocloropsis oculata shown at a concentration of 0 ppm is 544x104 cells/ml.
