Abstract
One way to increase rice plant (Oryza sativa L.) seed production and quality of gorontalo and towuti variety is by using SIPLO (system of local potention implementation). SIPLO is cultivation way with electricity flow technique that means the land is induced for 30 minutes at specific interval and low voltage. This research was held for 4 months, that was started from November 2015 – February 2016 at Cindogo Village field, Tapen, Bondowoso with altitude ± 500 m. This research was used factorial Randomized Block Design (RDB) with two factors and 3 repetitions. The first factor was two varieties (V) that was consisted of gorontalo variety (V1) and towuti variety (V2). The second factor was age of seedling (U) that was consisted of 7 (U1), 15 (U2), and 25 (U3) days after seedling. The research result showed that all parameters at V factor gave very significant effect unless to number of filled out unhulled paddy showed significant effect. U factor showed that all parameters gave very significant effect unless to rice tassel length gave significant effect. There was interaction between two factors at germination capacity that gave significant effect and the weight of 1000 seeds that gave very significant effect.
