Abstract

Determination of the location of field practice is done intentionally (purposive) that is placed in the PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Glantangan is located in Jember, East Java Province. Internship implementation of industrial work was carried out on 01 March through to May 31, 2016. The implementation of industrial job training was conducted in Afdeling Factory of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Glantangan Jember. The Result of internship this industry is in the process of implementation of quality control in latex processing in to RSS at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Glantangan as part of effort to achive the target of production according in quality. Including quality control of accuracy and reliability in the handling of latex coming into the plant, the process of freezing the latex, milling implementation, the implementation of the smoking process, the implementation of the sorting per type of quality, packaging per types of quality, and storage at the Ready Stock.
