Abstract

Determination of the location of this research is done intentionally (purposive) that is in UD. Burno Sari Subdistrict Senduro Regency Lumajang. This study have been done on July 15th to September 17th 2015. The method used is the method of expert systems, the research was done by using an analytical method for the structure of a problem and a decision on an alternative, by doing interviews with four experts and then the result is modeled using the approach system with the help of software powersim constructor 2:51 version. The results of this study (a) factors affecting the production of UD. Burno Sari Subdistrict Senduro Regency Lumajang include: materials, the addition of materials, production sale banana as sale fried banana, sale oven banana and total sale banana, income sale banana as income sale fried banana, income sale oven banana and total income of company,; b) Based on the results of research in the application that optimistic scenario, moderate and pessimistic sale banana of UD. Burno sari Subdistrict Senduro Regency Lumajang continue to experience increase in every year.
