Abstract

Final Decision location is housed in PT.AHSTI The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze and test the effect of education, motivation, and discipline simultaneously significant effect on employee effectiveness PT. AHSTI Kabupaten Jember. (2) to analyze and test the effect of education, motivation, and discipline is partially significant effect on employee effectiveness PT. AHSTI Kabupaten Jember. (3) to analyze and test the educational variables the dominant influence on the employee's effectiveness PT. AHSTI Kabupaten Jember. The independent variable in this study is the Education (X1), motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3). The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. From the test results can be concluded that: (1) Together - equal educational variables not significant effect on employee effectiveness. (2) Partially motivational variables and variable work discipline a significant effect on employee effectiveness (3) Variable motivation and discipline is the most dominant variable affecting employee effectiveness.
