Abstract
Agribusiness Cooperative Tarutama Nusantara (Kopa TTN) of Jember is one of the tobacco industry in Jember. The company is engaged in the grouping and sorting tobacco before being sold and shipped to the company's cigarette industry. The tobacco industry companies located in the UB No.03 Mangli Jember District of the number of employees 300 people, divided into two parts, namely the daily employees numbering 150 persons and contract employees totaling 150 people. The sampling technique in this study using Random Sampling technique. Data were analyzed with SPSS version 16.0 with statistical linear regression model. Before the analysis, conducted validity and reliability test, F test and t test. The results showed that the F test regression testing can be concluded that all the independent variables significantly influence employee performance in Agribusiness Cooperative Tarutama Nusantara (Kopa TTN) of Jember. Regression testing t-test is concluded that the independent variable is the variable occupational safety and health significantly influence employee performance in Agribusiness Cooperative Tarutama Nusantara (Kopa TTN) of Jember. The most dominant variable in influencing the performance of employees in Agribusiness Cooperative Tarutama Nusantara (Kopa TTN) of Jember is variable safety.
