Abstract

Thesis research activities carried out in Balai Budidaya Air Payau Situbondo. Time research was done 30 days. This research aims to know the difference in the ratio of feeding on the maturation of gonads of sand lobster (Panulirus homarus). This research uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with treatment P1 = (5%); P1 = (10%); P2 = (15%); P3 = (20%) and repeated 3 times. The parameters of the study include gonad maturity rate, survival rate and quality of water. The results of ANOVA showed that gonad maturation of lobster significant (F count> F table 5%), P1 (30%), P2 (66.67%), P3 (56.67%) and P4 (50%), a further test carried JND. The results of the survival rate was not significant (F count <Ftabel 5%), survival rate P1 (100%), P2 (100%), P3 (100%), P4 (100%) and quality of water throughout the research showed that the condition of the water is still feasible used for lobster life.
