Abstract
The employee’s productivity is an important factor for a company in achieving the target of company’s goal. There are several factor influence in increasing the productivity of employees,such as, safety and healthy working. Taking attention to the safety and healthy working is expected to increase the productivity of employees in carrying out their work. This research was conducted at PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember. Data collection method that used in this research is the observation, questionnaire, interview, and literatur study. While the number of respondents who used for a sample is 76 respondents. The analysis technique that used is a multiple linear regression, analysis of determination, F test and t test. From the test results by means of SPSS 21.0 for Windows can be concluded that (1) Variable Safety (X1) significantly affect the Work Productivity (Y) on the production at PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember. (2) Variable Health (X2) not significant effect on the Work Productivity (Y) on the production at PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember. (3) Safety (X1), Health (X2), simultaneously significant effect on Work Productivity (Y) on PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember. (4) The most dominant variable in affecting the Work Productivity (Y) in the PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember production edamame and okra Safety (X1).
