Abstract

Fuel combustion generates power after burning. theoretically, it produces residual gas containing CO, NO2, HC, C, H2, CO2, H2O and N2 elements after burning. The aim of this research is looking for the fuel mixturing, the ignition angle and the ignition system. Eksperimental method will be use to know the emissions residual gas of mix the fuel renewable and fuel unrenewable, the ignition angle variations and the ignition system. The result show that emission of CO by using pertalite fuel and CDI after market with the ignition angle 12º BTDC is 1,740 (%vol) at 1.500 rpm, Emission of HC by using the ignition angle 14° BTDC with CDI genuine is 42,333 (ppm) at 7.500 rpm. Mixturing pertalite 80% + etanol 20% get the emission of CO by using the ignition angle 12° BTDC with CDI after market is 0,35 (%vol) at 7.500 rpm, the emission of HC by using the ignition angle 14° BTDC with CDI after market is 16 (ppm) at 7.500 rpm. This analyzing get the result by ANOVA two way using pertalite 100% and pertalite 80% + etanol 20% (E20) by using the ignition angle standard, 8°, 12°, 14° BTDC CDI genuine of the motorcycle and CDI after market, the result of exhaust gas emission of CO is accept because there is the differences betwen the fuel, the ignition angle and CDI and HC is rejected because there is no the differences betwen the fuel, the ignition angle and CDI.
