Abstract
The incompleteness recording activity was still using Microsoft Excel and only 1 assembling officer At the Citra Husada Hospital, Jember. There is still hunting for medical record files to the assembling unit. This happened because there is no reminder system to officers. The research objective was to design and create an SMS gateway-based medical record file assembly application at the Citra Husada Hospital, Jember, using the prototype method as a method of designing and making applications, then using questionnaire data teaching techniques to analyze user needs and brainstorming to see if the existing application was used. Made according to user needs, as well as system design in the form of Flowcharts, Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The result of this research is an application to assemble SMS gateway-based medical record files by providing convenience to assembling officers when inputting incomplete data, making incomplete reports, making it easier for officers to monitor medical record files, and easily reminding room staff to immediately support and recover medical record files.
