Abstract

This research was conducted to know the effect of work motivation and leadership style toward employee’s performance in PTPN XII Banjarsari Plantation, Jember Regency. The population of this research was as big as 95 freelancers. The sampling technique was done through census or saturated sampling by taking all the freelancers as the respondent. The result of this research was processed by using SPPS 23. The research result showed that F test revealed that the variable of work motivation and leadership style simultaneously affected employee’s performance. Whilst the result of t test showed that work motivation significantly affected employee’s perfomance and leadership style did not significantly affect employee’s performance.
