Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuwangi hospital have a various problems such as not use information system, especially in the registration section of outpatient. Outpatient registration proses still use manual recording system, while for patient reseption not less than 45 patient every day. Officers find difficulties in the process of searching the patient doesn’t bring KIB. So patient must wait for 15-30 minutes, because long duration of search patient medical record file with old patient status, if the patient medical record file is not found, then the patient will automatically create a new medica records file to avoid delay of service. This research is to design an outpatient registration information system at Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuwangi hospital. Research uses waterfall method with qualitative research design and data collection tehniques conducted by researchers are interviews, observations, and brainstorming in design information outpatient registration. Result of the research is information sysem of outpatient registration of Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuwangi hospital that can help speed up the registration process. Such us recording of patient data and assisting the peformance of patient admissions officers.
