Abstract

Community Health Center is a technical executive business district health authority / municipality responsible for organizing health development in a work area. Wonotirto Health Center is one of the health centers in the district of Blitar which is an inpatient health centers in Blitar, but are not yet using Management Information System Community Health Center (SIMPUS). SIMPUS also a regional health information system program that provides information on all the state of public health at the health center from the data themselves sick, the availability of the drug until the data public health education (Wibisono, 2012). Required readiness hospital or health center in detail in order to succeed in the implementation of information systems. There are several methods of readiness of information systems such as DOQ-IT methods, methods DOQ-IT is more detailed in assessing the readiness of the implementation of information systems. Total score Wonotirto Health Center preparedness in implementing SIMPUS was 53 at range II, which means the Wonotirto health center quite ready in a couple of readiness implementation of Management Information Systems Community Health Center (SIMPUS). Wonotirto Health Center readiness in implementing SIMPUS can be ordered from weakest, namely the readiness of IT infrastructure (8%), the readiness of the workflow process (13%), the readiness of the clinical and administrative staff (36%), readiness of IT management (43%).
